Event Solutions
Notice Description
The University is procuring the supply, delivery and installation of Event Solutions. The University have a number of re-occurring events, such as Graduation and the University Stars, as well as ad-hoc events that take place throughout the year which require varying Event Solutions. For a full list please see Annex 1 of the Specification document. Such events require the following: * Stage * Lighting * Sound - Speakers / PA System * Video - Live broadcasting of events, recording and post production * Staffing The University spends in excess of PS100k per annum on event solutions and are therefore looking at a flexible, dynamic, innovative and established contractor to deliver these services to the highest standard. Full details in respect of the specific requirements are contained within this specification document.
