Summary of the contracting process

Notice Description

* 3 units split in to 14 no. units which are to be constructed with a B2/ B8 use class with the provision for future ancillary B1c office to provide accommodation of 80,514 sq ft / 7,499 m2.* The building should be constructed in excess of current thermal standard, to reduce carbon emissions. * Full Planning was approved the 24th May 2018, a Regulation 3 planning application was submitted to Leicestershire County Council. Please use the attached link http://leicestershire.planning-register.co.uk/Planning/Display?applicationNumber=2018%2FReg3Ma%2F0016%2FLCC to see the location plan, and pertinent information. * The site is currently being vacant and was previously farmland and will be available with vacant possession. The Contractor will be expected to enter into a relevant Joint Contract Tribunal (JCT) 2016 in construction to undertake the design and build of all units, including parking and amenities. * LCC requires the scheme to be BIM Level 2 compliant.
