It is the intention to complete a full refurbishment to the pedestrian entrance to the Byrom St campus, 3 Byrom St, Liverpool L3 3AF, during the summer of 2024. LJMU will provide full specification and requirements within the ITT documents. The proposed works package is to include; * Living walls and fencing in the form of mounted plants, along with irrigation and drainage services. * Forming of a glazed exhibition enclosure. * Installation of large bike shelter, including services, lighting, security cameras and swipe card access. * External Decoration. * Isolated Brickwork / stonework repairs. * External groundworks, paving, ducting, foundations.
