Notice Description

Somerset Council is in the South West of England, an elected local government authority responsible for the local government services in most of the county. The Council provides a wide range of services, including education (schools, libraries and youth services), social services, highway maintenance, waste collection & waste disposal, emergency planning, consumer protection and town and country planning. Having recently merged to a Unitary authority we are currently running 5 contracts across 3 suppliers and wish to consolidate these. Some of the contracts include income management systems and some do not. Somerset Council seek to procure an e-Payment solution that is PCI DSS compliant and that delivers an excellent customer experience/journey. We are also seeking to procure an income management system, which may or may not be part of a single end to end e-Payment solution.
