Notice Description
To support Kent County Council's operational delivery of the Highway, Transportation and Waste business, Confirm OnDemand (ICT operation system) will deliver the following functionality: * Hosting and Maintenance of software for a minimum of 217 licences * Manage customer enquiries/Freedom of Information Requests * Integration with the online and mobile customer fault reporting tool * Development for optimum/flexible use of mobile technology * Jobs creation, ordering and status updates * Payments * Asset Management - includes information and history * Storing documents - includes mapping, photos and H&S Files * Daily inspection regime * Hosting of the software * Data provision for Business Intelligence * Access to on-line support/training material
