The provision, implementation and subsequent support of an Attendance Monitoring system and any hardware related to the attendance monitoring capture mechanism. Birmingham City University requires a cloud based Attendance Monitoring system and appropriate data collection mechanisms that will support the institution to maximise student engagement and retention and increase value for money in the use of the estate. The system which should be cloud based must have the following capabilities and functions: * Data Capture and Registration * Attendance Monitoring * Data Accessibility and Reporting * System Administration The contract will be for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1+1 years commencing in January 2019
