The University created a framework agreement in 2020 for Software Development as a Service. The requirement has surfaced for work on creating software systems that will enable the Advanced Manufacturing Research Group to work towards it's Net Zero goals. The framework agreement allows a direct award to the top ranked supplier. The top ranked supplier has confirmed they have the capability and capacity to supply.
