Catalyst Housing Ltd wish to appoint a specialist communications/consultation agency that will help guide, deliver and support our external affairs work as we prepare a planning application, and manage responses to it after its submission. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please complete the Confidentiality Agreement and return via the Delta e-tendering portal by no later than 12pm on Friday 15 June. The access code for this opportunity is V5JQNEUH85. Those that have completed the Confidentiality Agreement will be Invited to Tender (ITT), we anticipate to issue the ITT on Monday 18 June at 12pm.
