Notice Title
EHRC 1718-03 Impact Evaluation
Notice Description
We are looking for a suitably experienced contractor(s) with expert knowledge of theory of change, outcome monitoring and impact evaluation using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to help the Commission to better evaluate and understand its impact going forward. The work will deliver impact evaluations for three completed projects that cover the Commission's different ways of working. It will then build on these evaluations to produce a set of example outcomes, impacts and success measures, along with a guidance document on approaches for evaluating impact of future projects, tailored to the Commission's particular aims and ways of working. The impact evaluations will need to take into account contextual differences across England, Scotland and Wales and provide evidence across the three nations, where relevant.
