Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: IV.2.2 Instead of: 15 May 2023 Time: 16:00 Read New: 25 May 2023 Time: 16:00 Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. ISHA's current Housing Management System (HMS), and Financial Management System (FMS) is coming to an end. The system is also felt to be obsolete in relation to current requirements. A number of legacy systems will also be reviewed and possibly either replaced or integrated as part of the systems procurement and resulting implementation
