The works comprise of: Various external works including footpath renewals, fencing, garages, concrete and brickwork repairs, external render finishes, balcony and walkway finishes, bin stores, car park resurfacing and signage to communal areas of various blocks and estates. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
