Notice Description

We require a supplier to work collaboratively within the CMA across IT colleagues and DFIS to provide an integrated and expert support solution for NUIX, Ringtail and Nimbus. The key outcomes include: * Embed the correct processes and workflows for us to maximise usage of our Licenses and have a flexible support package to assist CMA users through this transition period of understanding the new environment. * Support Nuix Case Management Strategy and Tactics. * Provide proactive Nuix Monitoring. * Provide Cloud Infrastructure Support. * Proactively promote Knowledge Transfer to the IT and DFIS teams. * Development of Customized Training Courses (number and focus to be agreed). * Training Delivery and hosting/ updating on Nimbus LMS. * Ongoing proactive Nuix Infrastructure (on-prem + cloud) Performance Optimisation Testing and Support.
