Future Forestry England Concession Opportunity for Forest Bathing
Notice Description
Forestry England have a future concession requirement for a delivery partner who can plan, manage and deliver forest bathing sessions across Forestry England sites. It is intended that this will be rolled out in 2 phases. Phase 1 will be a pilot concession offering in a single Forest District to develop the Forest Bathing approach. Dependent on the success of Phase 1, Phase 2 will be the rollout and ongoing operation of a national Forest Bathing concession across the Forestry England estate. The sessions would need to include: ticketed forest bathing sessions for members of the public; forest bathing experiences for Forestry England corporate partners; forest bathing sessions for health referrals/ social prescribing referrals. Forestry England are currently scoping our requirements to ensure that the specification of requirements and future tender documentation accurately reflects the offerings of the Forest Bathing market. We invite companies from the market to register their interest in this future requirement and provide feedback on potential clarifications on the feasibility of our emerging plans. We intend to publish a procurement exercise for this requirement in Q3 2021. Additional information: Please register your interest in this future requirement with christine.hunt@forestryengland.uk by 5pm Friday 16th April 2021.
