Notice Description
To undertake the installation of new fencing on land adjacent to Roselands School, Lynmouth Avenue, Paignton. Works to include consideration of ecological requirements, ground preparation, grass cutting, re-seeding, fence screening and installation of bird boxes in the area. For the purpose of creating a new grassed and play area for the school as approved by planning (ref P2021 0208).
