Notice Description

NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group ('the CCG') is preparing for the re-procurement of Adult Community Services with a revised model for the delivery of care. The CCG has carried out several engagement events for adult community services including with the public, a whole system event where the proposed model was stress tested and two previous events with interested Providers to share information and facilitate the opportunity to network with each other. The CCG would now like to invite all interested Providers to: 1. Attend an engagement event - detail below. This will be the last event before the contract is formally advertised so all interested Providers are encouraged to attend. 2. Complete the attached questionnaire in order to provide feedback to the CCG with regard to their commissioning intentions for this new service. You are asked to complete and return the questionnaire to alice.donovan-hart@nhs.net by 4pm, Monday 19th November 2018 The Market Engagement Event will take place as follows: Date: Wednesday 21 November 2018 Time: 1 - 3pm Location: Avenue Tennis, Featherby Road, Gillingham, ME8 6AN Registration: Please email alice.donovan-hart@nhs.net in order to reserve your space. ***You must include the names, job titles and email addresses for all persons from your organisation that you would like to register*** The proposed agenda will include: * Update on the final model and specifications * Overview of any infrastructure the CCG intends to mandate as part of the procurement * The proposed contract type and financial envelope * The detailed procurement timetable * Question and answer session * Opportunity to network Additional information: IMPORTANT NOTE: NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group is currently finalising its service specification and financial model for the new Community Services contract.
