WCC - Music Data Management Solution

Notice Description

Warwickshire County Council is seeking Tender Responses to provide an externally hosted cloud-based solution to support the administration needs of Warwickshire Music and its stakeholders (WCC Managers, Administrators, Teachers, Schools, Parents and Pupils). Contract Term - The contract term comprises of the implementation period and the service period. The initial service period will be 5 years from the successful Go-Live date (post implementation) with options to further extend in multiple periods of up to 36 months. Total potential contract duration is therefore up to 8 years at the discretion of the Council, plus the agreed implementation period prior to Service commencement. The contract start date is therefore anticipated between 01/01/2025 & 31/03/2025, The date will be dependent on the outcome of the tender (& successful Supplier) and the complexity of the transition. It is anticipated that the Go-Live (Service) period is between March and September 2025. The solution must be fully implemented by the end of December 2025. Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest. Once registered, all correspondence for this procurement process must be via the in-tend correspondence function.
