The Supply of Precast Concrete Culvert Units and Retaining Wall Units

Notice Description

Leicestershire County Council (the Purchaser) is seeking to identify and appoint a Supplier to carry out the design (where appropriate), manufacture and haulage to site of the precast concrete box culvert and cantilever retaining wall units which are required for three culvert replacement schemes at various locations in Leicestershire. The Contract will be let as two separate lots as follows. Lot 1 will be for the culvert and retaining wall units at MC0875, Barton Road, Shackerstone and MC0737, Gibbet Lane, Bilstone. Lot 2 will be the culvert and retaining wall units at MC1332, Saxby Road, Freeby. The anticipated lot values are estimated at Lot 1 - PS50,000 and Lot 2 - PS35,000. The anticipated delivery dates for the different sites are: - Lot 1- MC0875, Barton Road, Shackerstone 22nd January 2018 MC0737, Gibbet Lane, Bilstone 20th November 2017 Lot 2 - MC1332, Saxby Road, Freeby 16th October 2017. Tenderers may be awarded Lot 1 and/or Lot 2.
