Adam Bridge, No. 0022, Wigan - Major Structural Maintenance Works -2017
Notice Description
The road over the bridge is a four-lane one way carriageway. The works will be phased so that temporary restricted running shall be arranged and implemented by the Contractor. The structural maintenance works comprises: Exposing the concrete deck cast on the precast concrete beams under the carriageway, prepare this surface to accept replacing the bridge buried joints, re-waterproofing of the bridge deck and road resurfacing works.
