Notice Description

Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is looking to enter into a contract for carrying out of the refurbishment and minor alterations at 4 of its inpatient facilities. Works are aimed at improving the patient environment and improving safety. Works are to include, decoration, replacement of floor finishes, internal door replacements, window replacements and refurbishment of a number of key rooms. The site addresses for the works are: Miranda House (Avondale Ward) Gladstone Street Hull HU3 2RT Newbridges Birkdale Way Newbridge Road Hull HU9 2BH Millview Castle Hill Castle Hill Road Cottingham HU16 5QJ Westlands Wheeler Street Hull HU3 5QE Currently programmed commencement on-site 15 March 2021 Avondale - 15/3/21 to 21/5/21 Westlands - 24/5/21 to 30/7/21 Newbridges - 2/8/21 to 8/10/20 Millview - 11/10/21 to 17/12/21 How to Express Interest in this Tender: 1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/noecpc/aspx/Home and click the link to register - Enter your correct business and user details - Note: your username will be the email address you have entered - you will also then shortly receive an email confirmation. 2. Once registered access the site and from the Home page hover over "Tenders" on the tool bar and select "current tenders" from the drop down options 3. Express Interest in the tender you are interested in - Select 'Express Interest' within the Tender Details (located at the bottom of the synopsis). On doing so, you will instantly have access to the Tender Management area for that tender. Any available documentation will be available via the various relevant tabs. You can access this area at any point by logging in, navigating to 'My Tenders' and selecting 'View Details'. 4. Responding to the tender - There will be a tab allocated to any tender stage (e.g. PQQ and/or ITT).
