Notice Description
Saxon Weald Homes are procuring an external works contractor to deliver their programme of Cyclical Decorations and pre-decoration repairs, Planned maintenance and property re-investment, Major voids works. The contractor will be appointed for an initial period of 3 years using MTC2016 with options for extension as set out in the tender documents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
