We would like to seek views on a draft revised pathway for adult hearing loss in Wakefield. This workshop is open to any interested providers in the spirit of transparency and open collaboration. We hope this will support more integrated provision where appropriate, for the benefit of patients and the local health and care system. - A draft schematic will be shared in advance, to help us complete a redesign of the pathway - We will be seeking to re-procure an adult hearing loss service in the near future (March 2019). Estimated contract value: 1.5m per annum - Please register attendance, maximum 2 per provider, including one with a clinical perspective.(please send name, role and contact details for each attendee to Jenny.Raw@wakefieldccg.nhs.uk) - Venue: Wakefield CCG, White Rose House, 12th February 2019, 10:00 - 11:30
