Notice Description
The project comprises a single storey front extension and internal conversion to create accessible living accommodation to the ground floor of a detached converted bungalow to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the RCP4 Framework, Lot 5 (Building Works PS0-PS150k). Start and end dates are provisional, estimated 12 week contract.
