Notice Description
LB Southwark are seeking expressions of interest from competent contractors to design and construct nineteennew build units for rent at Daniels Road, London SE15, consisting of five houses and fourteen flats, along withplay areas, a community garden and creating of new pedestrian access routes. The site currently includes garages to be demolished, and existing play space and open green space and is located within an urbandensely populated area, in close proximity to occupied residential dwellings. Additional information: Please note that expressions of interest must be officially made through Southwark's E-procurement portal, Pro-Contract. https://procontract.due-north.com/Login If you are not currently registered on the Pro-Contract procurement portal, you can complete a simple registration process by clicking the "Register Free" Link on the front page. Once you have registered you will be able to access the Pre-Qualifying Questionnaire and guidance notes, as well as a full suite of tender documents for the ITT stage of this procurement.
