The S&I of Electric Vehicle Charging Points and associated Electrical Works at RBKC Sites.
Notice Description
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council (referred to as RBKC, the Council or the ''Authority'') has issued an Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of supplying and installing workplace electric vehicle charging infrastructure/units and associated electrical works at a number of Council offices. The suppliers are expected to provide a turnkey service/solution for the supply and installation of electric charging points, which meets the Councils technical requirements and complies with the existing electrical infrastructure, from initial planning to installation and ongoing fields maintenance/service. Additional information: Should you be interested in knowing more about this opportunity and bidding for it you will need to register on the capitalEsourcing system,the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's new electronic tendering portal, which is now in use for all our current and future procurement processes. To access the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire/Request For Quotation/Invitation To Tender, please go to: www.capitalesourcing.com. You will be required to register on the system - this process should take only a couple hours to complete. If you have any problems with registering on, or using the system, there is a helpdesk ready to answer your questions. Once registered, any queries relating to any specific procurement process should be asked through the messaging facility on the e-portal. Registering on the capitalEsourcing portal will also enable you to gain access to information and to submit quotations and tender bids to RBKC in future, and also to access opportunities with London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, Westminster City Council, City of London, Newham, Hillingdon and Havering Councils as well. Answers provided in any PQQ/RFQ/ITT exercise can also be saved and carried through to any future procurement exercises you may participate in.
