Development of an implementation toolkit for EPaCCs (Electronic Patient Care Coordination System) including work with 1-2 existing sites to: * Agree the brief and commitment required from local clinical and technical teams * Agree how the tools would be used and deliverable format * Identify the barriers to adoption (workshop with local staff) * Identify support materials that would be most useful - could include introductory slides, narrative for different clinical groups; video clips, case studies, patient stories * Co-produce and test materials with local clinicians and refine * Promote and publish for national use Supplier would use materials and promote widely with extensive membership networks. The tools will support implementation across ICSs and will be made nationally available to raise awareness, make the case for change and build motivation.
