The Employer, Herefordshire Council (HC) have a number of properties that require electrical testing, inspection, and certification as a part of the Electrical Test Inspection and Works Programme The Works will result in, for each property, a Condition Inspection and Test Report complete with a list of defects categorised with budget costs.
