Onward Group Ltd (the Group) is procuring a contract for the planned supply and installation of bathrooms to social housing properties. The procurement is being conducted on behalf of the Group and its current and future subsidiaries. The successful Contractor(s) will be required to complete the works to a high standard and share the Group's commitment to social value (as set out in the procurement documentation). The scope of works includes the supply and installation of bathrooms within social housing properties. This includes decorating and electrical works associated with the installation of bathrooms. The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/onwardhomes/aspx/Home Additional information can be obtained from the abovementioned address. Tenders or requests to participate must be submitted to the abovementioned address Additional information: Onward Group Ltd is not bound to accept any tender and reserves the right to cancel the procurement and not to proceed with all or part of the procurement, subject to the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Onward Group Ltd will not, under any circumstances, reimburse any expense incurred by Bidders in preparing their tender submissions for the procurement, nor shall they be liable for any loss of profits, loss of contracts or other losses suffered or incurred by a Bidder as a result of a Bidder not being awarded a contract pursuant to the procurement process.
