GB-Leicester: Winter Maintenance - Routing and Tracking Solution
Notice Description
The Council are proposing to install a satellite navigation system, tracker & 7 inch tablet in all of our gritting vehicle fleet. The satnav units will have all of the 10 gritting routes installed onto them. There must be a web based monitoring tool that offers location functionality and reporting capabilities. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
