Delivering on Wirral Council's Income Generation and Commercial strategy, the unit will be run in-house as part of Wirral Council's growing catering offer which includes the Floral Pavilion (CH45 2JS) and The Sail Loft Coastal Cafe in West Kirby (CH48 0QG).
