Notice Description

provide a service to repair, service and maintain the heating and ventilation infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: * Gas boilers. * Oil boilers. * Fan convectors. * Pumps. * Strainers. * Magnetic filters. * Pressure units. * BMS systems. * Large extract fans. * Air ventilation plant and equipment. To provide the following heating and ventilation maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: 1. Reactive Maintenance Services - To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building heating and ventilation defects. 2. Minor Works Service - To undertake minor heating and ventilation works to improve and alter the Commissioner's sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands. 3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance - To undertake periodic servicing of heating and ventilation services as requested by the Commissioner, across the sites including: * Gas boilers. * Oil boilers. * Fan convectors. * Pumps. * Strainers. * Magnetic filters. * Pressure units. * BMS systems. * Large extract fans. * Air ventilation plant and equipment.
