Notice Description

This is a contract award notice for the University of Lincoln's Networking, Telephony Support & IT Solution Delivery Services Contract. The procurement was conducted following a framework call-off from the CCS Network Services 2 framework, under lots 2 and lot 10. Within this contract the University requires a Supplier who shall contribute to developing a mutually beneficial relationship with the University. The Supplier needs to understand the needs of a modern, ambitious University and become a key partner and contributor to the University's IT delivery. Therefore the University were looking for more than a "hardware shifting" supplier. The Supplier is required to meet and go beyond the minimum requirements (set out in this Scope of Requirements), offer advice, guidance, equipment, solutions and professional services. The University sought a partner who will embed themselves within the University's networking and infrastructure team to become a valid solutions partner and provider. The Supplier is expected to deliver in the following areas of service delivery: -Contract and Account Management -Supply of Goods -Supply of Consultancy / Professional Services -Scoped Solution Engagements -Maintenance and Services
