Market House -shop refurbisment
Notice Description
As part of Amber Valley Borough Councils (AVBC) aim to regenerate its Towns , it intends to refurbish the existing shop unit within the vacant building -formerly used as offices -known as Market House (located at the junction of Market Place & Church Street Ripley)- . The Council also intends to -at a later stage - to convert/refurbish the rest of the building into self contained flats , an additional retail unit and or into office accommodation . The shop refurbishment contract will be let under the terms of the JCT Minor Works 2016 . Please apply directly to the buyer using the contact details provided. Additional information: Please note the following: The Notice will close at 12.00 noon 09/08/2019 The tender pack will be issued on Monday 12/08/2019 Tenders return date is by 12.00 noon on Friday 06/09/2019 Please contact the author for further information if necessary.
