Specialist consultancy support the Clinical Design Authority and Technical Workstream: Clinical Design Authority: Establish a comprehensive governance framework by defining scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities, and developing structures for decision-making and reporting. Draft, review, and approve a charter, create a communication plan for stakeholder engagement, initiate pilot projects, and continuously evaluate and refine processes based on stakeholder feedback. Technical Workstream: Develop detailed project plans for overarching and seven subprojects, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Review resource requirements and budgets, work with technical leads to deliver technical architecture and documentation, and review and harmonize change control and configuration mechanisms to maintain the integrity of the Landscape Document. This is expected to be delivered over a 4-month period to coincide with the EPR programme launch and software delivery.
