Cambridge City Council - Business Expansion Advisory Services Expression of Interest
Notice Description
The Council is seeking professional services to undertake more detailed financial viability and sensitivity modelling, to prepare an options appraisal to include financing / funding options, to carry out a detailed risk analysis, to review governance arrangements, to work with officers to produce proposed eligibility criteria and lettings / rental policies, and to explore and incorporate options for retrofit of the stock acquired.
