This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses focused on training and employment services, especially those experienced in working with 15 to 29-year-olds who are not engaged in employment, education, or training (NEET). Companies with expertise in retail training or educational programme delivery would be well-positioned to compete, as the successful suppliers will be involved in providing managed services, including classroom-based learning and personalised support for participants, thus contributing to the development of the local workforce.
