Notice Description

The Council wishes to procure a 3D visualisation model/platform (or 'Digital Twin') for Chatham and Rochester, as part of a 12 month trial period. The aim of the project is to provide an interactive 3D digital twin of the urban area, utilising high resolution imagery. As a minimum, the Council would expect to see a "Level of Detail 3" (LOD3) model, which translates to every feature being represented to within a 15cm threshold orthogonally.
