To provide a connection between the new Kebbell Homes development and the existing footway to the south. Works include 45-50m of footway, 4 new dropped kerb tactile crossing points, and removal of an existing dropped kerb tactile crossing. This work has been requested by HCC HDP and will form part of the walking and cycling strategy currently being developed in Whitehill & Bordon.
