Notice Description
Updated Notice: This variation increases the value of the contract from PS100,000 ex VAT as originally published on Contracts Finder, to PS139,963.00. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being Software as a Service (SaaS) however, there has been an unforeseen need to extend the contract and provide continuity of service while a new competitive procurement is undertaken. During the original [and extended term], there have been two non-substantial amendments to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services.
