The Council is seeking to appoint a Professional Arts and Cultural Organisation to create a dynamic engagement through art programme for the period Autumn 2023 - Spring 2025 (Circa 18 months). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
