Notice Description

The Cabinet Office have undertaken a Further Competition against Lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Digital Outcomes and Specialists 5 Framework Agreement (RM1043.7) The IPA Benchmarking Team require a team to deliver user research and development services for the Beta phase of the IPA Benchmarking Data Hub project. The Benchmarking Hub will collect data of completed projects and provide access to this data to project leaders across government. This data will support project investment decisions by presenting historic project cost and other metrics for better estimation and benchmarking.
