This contract has been awarded. The PiP LIFT Platform will enable ESCC, and the District and Borough (D&Bs) Councils to gain insight on the impact of COVID-19 and the Cost-of-Living pressures for low-income households and those who are newly financially vulnerable and target these residents through local campaigns to ensure they are receiving the financial support that they are entitled to.
