The research will cover how public bodies are implementing and preparing to implement the duty, the impact it has had on internal working practices and decision-making and the barriers and facilitators to effective implementation. We are looking for bidders who have the capacity, knowledge and expertise to run high-quality qualitative research and welcome joint or partnership bids bringing together expertise from different national settings.
