Essex County Council invites tenders for a four (4) year CareTechnology Services Framework consisting of the following lots; Lot 1 - Managed Care Technology Service The high-level requirements are as follows; * A method of receiving referrals electronically from Customers * Intervention to assess the requirements to meet Service Users' Care Technology needs * Deployment of Care Technology to achieve the specified outcomes for the Service User as part of an intervention to meet Service Users' Care needs * Installation of Care Technology (including any training / support for users and carers) * Maintenance of installed Care Technology equipment * Review of installed Care Technology equipment * Decommissioning and reuse of installed Care Technology * Innovation, culture change and awareness raising (this includes training of Customer staff) * Trials of Care Technology with specific categories' * Tracking of financial and non-financial benefits. Lot 2 - Monitoring and Response Service A monitoring centre that will contain appropriately trained call handlers to monitor, triage and respond to citizen's calls and alerts, received by the mobile response centre, from the adults' care technology. This includes the dispatch of a response service if required.
