Contract for Adult Social Care Case Management System

Notice Description

The Council are seeking to procure a case management system that improves the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of outcomes for Adults through improved data gathering and sharing, effective Case Management, data analysis and evaluation that requires minimum customisation by the Council. The system must be web-based and either hosted internally by the Council or a cloud solution using the suppliers infrastructure. The Council has no preference. An internally hosted system must operate on the current SQL Server cluster architecture deployed by the Council. No alternative internal architecture options will be considered by the Council. The proposed Contract will commence on 1st September 2018 following a contract mobilisation period(timetable as set out in Instruction to Tenderers Document) and, subject to the terms set out in ITT Document2 - Contract, shall continue for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for a further 5 year period, followed by an option to extend for a further 3 years, followed by a final option to extend for further 2 years. Therefore the maximum term available for this Contract is 15 years.
