Notice Description

ELFT are looking for a provide that can provide a fully managed service dedicated to supporting interoperability between EMIS to Health Information Exchange (HIE) to share health and social care systems and data within the NHS. We are looking for a solution to provide real time data from health and social care settings. The requirement system requirements are: - Interoperability platform that can provide local and national secure bi-directional messaging between heath and care settings; - Extensive brokering and routing technology that is designed to manage a range of fully secure and audited data services and flows between connected end points regardless of care setting; - Comprehensive governance and security controls that will ensure that only systems and end points with the correct authorisation and tokens can send and request patient data; - Is scalable and can be integrated with other clinical platforms; - Does not require ELFT to design the system; - Can be deployed within 6 weeks; - Proven solution and evidence of deployment at other Trusts.
