Compliance Gas and Electric Consultancy Services
Notice Description
Compliance Gas and Electric Consultancy Services; Lot 1 - TRG have a requirement to re-procure its Gas and Electric Quality Audits contract for Audits of Commercial Gas, Domestic Gas and Domestic Electrical. The requirement is to cover the groups stock nationally. Estimated Annual Value is PS210k. The term of contract is 2 years + 1 + 1 years option to extend at our discretion. Works will include a range of consultancy services related to the management of a programme of works associated with producing Landlords Gas Safety Records (LGSRs) for Members properties. These services are intended to assist TRG in complying with all current regulations, control risk, maintain industry standards and provide professional expertise. The scope of work will also cover any works requested by TRG in relation to electrical inspections, heating installations, investigatory reports, policy reviews and training. Lot 2 - TRG have a requirement to re-procure its Design, Specification and Project Management of commercial plant rooms. The requirement is to cover the groups stock nationally. Estimated Annual value is PS48,000. The term of contract is 2 years + 1 + 1 years option to extend at our discretion. Works will include, but not be limited to, design, specification, consultancy, feasibility, industry recommendations and project management. Reduction of energy use and carbon emissions should be considered in all installations. Additional information: Tender documents must be accessed through RiverSource tender portal only https://riversource.wax-live.com/s2c This tender process will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on award is communicated to tenderers. Appeals can be directly raised via the contact points detailed in section VI.4.1) of this contract notice. TRG and all subsidiary undertakings of TRG both current and future. All parts of any current or future group structure of which TRG is or may become, a part additional details of the required service can be found within the tender documents included on the RiverSource tendering portal.
