Notice Title

Soft Market Test for a Framework of Property Maintenance and Project Works including Professional Services

Notice Description

Peterborough Limited Trading as Aragon Direct Services (A Local Authority Trading Company of Peterborough City Council) is seeking to set up a Framework of Lots covering Planned and Reactive Property Maintenance, Property Project Works and Professional Services. It is envisaged that the Framework will be ready to use with effect from 1st September 2021 for a maximum period of 5 years (3 years plus 2 further extensions of 12 months each) Potential providers are invited to respond to the questions in Section 8 concerning the proposed services to be procured. Responses to these questions may be used to inform our commissioning approach to the tender exercise. In order to make an informed decision on the best form of tender we are looking to the market to: -Suggest cost-effective delivery solutions, which may inform our specification development. -Inform our thinking regarding commercial considerations of the differing Lots within the Framework. -Ascertain a clear understanding of the market's interest, capacity and experience to deliver the services. -Understand the optimum way of procuring that will enable a wide cross section of the supply market to bid, including charities, social enterprises, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME's) and new entrants to the market. Please note that this is not a call for competition, neither is it a procurement exercise but an opportunity for Peterborough Limited to better understand the supply market for providers to showcase their ideas. Please submit all responses through this Request on SourceDogg by 12:00 noon on 26th February 2021
