Notice Description

The Council has a statutory duty to collect and arrange for the receipt and disposal of household waste and other waste arising within Bath and North East Somerset. This includes domestic waste collected direct from householders at the kerbside and that taken to its three Household Waste Recycling Centres. The Council is seeking to award a Contract for Artic Haulage Services commencing on 1st November 2023 and continuing for an Initial Term of 2 years with an option for the Council to extend the Contract on one or more occasions up to a further 3 years. The start of services required as part of this are subject to completion of the construction of the Council's new waste transfer station.
