Notice Description
The detailed design and construction of 1 Nr new Industrial Unit, replacing one damaged by fire, together with associated external works, drainage and service connections and the refurbishment and alteration of 3no adjoining units is required. The JCT Design and Build contract 2011 will apply to this project. Additional information: Tender documents can be downloaded from The Chest portal at www.the-chest.org.uk.Please note tender closing date has been extended to the 28th of November 2017 at noon.
