For the Authority to engage effectively and win this level of business, the Authority needs to develop partnerships with organisations that can assist in delivery and increase the Authority's capacity and capability. This Specification outlines some of the key areas of support that the Authority will require in order to deliver in Kent and Medway and to scale to a national level.
